They have vast experience with insurance plans and will be able to assist you in understanding and utilizing your insurance benefits. They regularly attend continuing education courses to expand their knowledge.
Our dental assistants are specially trained in all aspects of general dentistry. They are certified in radiology, CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring and sterilization techniques. They also take several hours of continuing education each year to enhance their skills.
In addition to their excellent clinical skills, they have a wonderful chairside manner. They understand that patients may be fearful or nervous, and they do all they can to minimize these feelings. They are very warm and caring.
Our assistants are always willing to answer any questions patients have regarding their treatment both before and after it is completed. They will call you the day after you have been in for treatment to check on you and see if you have any questions or concerns.
