Treatment with Invisalign
Treatment length depends on several factors, including the severity and complexity of your repositioning needs and how well you wear your aligners. (Aligners should be worn at least 20-22 hours a day for optimal results and removed only for eating, drinking, flossing, and brushing.) The average Invisalign treatment plan is between 12 and 18 months, but many patients begin to see results in as little as a few weeks.
However, regardless of when you begin to notice changes, adherence to your treatment plan is important. Your orthodontist developed your plan according to specific information she or he has about your teeth’s current positioning, your straightening goals, and the physiological steps necessary to achieve them. To ensure ideal and long-lasting results, follow your orthodontist’s guidelines and recommendations.
How much does Invisalign cost?
Invisalign treatment costs are comparable to traditional braces, averaging between $3,000 and $5,000. However, like braces, Invisalign is covered by many orthodontic insurance plans, with some plans covering up to 50%. If your insurance does not cover it, there are other options for helping minimize your out-of-pocket costs for a beautiful, healthy smile.
Monthly Payment Plan
You can arrange a monthly payment plan with your orthodontist or care provider for low, affordable, and flexible monthly payments.
Pre-tax dollars from HSA or FSA
The pre-tax dollars in your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) can be applied to your treatment.
The Invisalign Difference
Invisalign has been creating beautiful smiles since 1997, which means you can count on decades of experience and expertise in the biomechanics and material science of orthodontic treatment. With Invisalign, you have access to in-person consultations with AAO-certified orthodontists who are specially trained in Invisalign treatments and who can carefully monitor and manage your treatment for life-long results.
Invisalign trays—which are made from patented SmartTrack technology—are trimmed to the gum line for a customized, comfortable, and seamless fit, and all aligners feature blue indicator dots to help your treatment stay on track.
