I love the staff and everyone so friendly and dr. Parks is amazing with kids

Very friendly office, made me feel extremely comfortable as i am usually nervous when it comes to the dental office but not here at all, had some fillings and a root canal done that they did an amazing job on, i now have no problems and they even worked with me on payment plans, thank you dental depot

The staff is great. Didi (hope thats right) shes awesome. Dr. Kalvin is great, he is very much involved and makes me feel like I am his only patient. Shay and the ladies up front are great too. Everyone is great! I was able to split up my treatments so I could afford to get all the work done without breaking the bank. I had a root canal and 3 crowns. I broke a crown and was able to get in within the hour to get a temp on and they expedited my replacement.

I have taken my son two times now to Dental Depot and thankfully we have had the opportunity to have Nesha as our dental assistant both times. She puts my son at ease and is so patient with him through the entire process. I’m beyond grateful for her loving spirit.

Awesome experience Dr Knox and Teara were awesome with my daughter they talked to her threw the whole thing as she was very nervous about getting her chipped tooth fixed they were both very sweet and made her and myself very comfortable everyone in the office was very friendly also definitely would recommend this place and will be making appointment’s here in the future for her and my other kids !!

Chris and the staff at the front desk are always welcoming and professional. Every person takes extra care to ensure you are comfortable and knowledgeable reguarding the procedures. Laura and the dental staff are quick thorough and gentle. I never knew that a dental appointment could be a happy experience until I started coming to Dental Depot.

I have never had a bad experience at any of the locations I have been to. (Moore and Rockwell/Reno) The staff is caring, gentle, and thorough. They offer payment plans and Saturday appointments which allow me to not have to miss work or the kids to miss school.

Saw me for a dental emergency and I was new patient. The whole experience from the initial phone call to checking out was seamless. I had an abcess tooth that needed to be extracted and Dr. Arthur and his staff made it all so painless and quick. I have been to a few providers around the valley over the years and I can without hesitation say that Dental Depot hands down provided the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Dr. Patel is the best dentist by far! My 9 year old boy loves him! We have been coming to him for two years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Easy to get in! My son chipped his tooth at school and they seen us in an hour. Wait time is never more than 5 minutes. Get there early for paperwork because they’ll call you back a minute before your appointment. Calm environment, which is nice because who likes going to the dentist? If private pay, they told us the cost, we said what we wanted to do. They said come back when we want other services! NO PRESSURE! No surprise billing! No unnecessary service!

We bring our children to this Dental Depot, and they love it! From the moment we arrive, they are captivated by the train above our heads that travels all the way around building. They will stand up just to see it coming and won’t sit again until it’s completely out of sight. The hygienists are all friendly and informative. They always make sure my children are comfortable, and they are very patient when trying to answer every question my inquisitive children have. We’ve primarily dealt with Dr. Cheng. He is a top-notch dentist. He is always on his toes. The setup at this place is so well-thought out that it allows him to move through patients very quickly while maintaining a high level of integrity and efficiency. When our kids finish, they always get a prize from the treasure box. As an added bonus, back outside, our kids always get to play on the train. To them, this is the biggest perk of going to Dental Depot. To me, it’s the exceptional level of service.

Dr. Parks is one of the best dentists i have ever had, he has helped me get out of pain when i’m hurt the most and took his time to care for me and his assistant Allyssa is great also.

I want to share my amazing experience at Dental Depot. I have 4 children. Three of them have severe ADHD and 2 of them have sensory processing disorder. We just moved here from Arizona and I was nervous about finding a dentist for them because they tend to have a really hard time. My son when he was 4 and 5 had to get heavily sedated in order to have his cavities filled. It was a mess and highly stressful. My husband and I both work and one of us would have to take off work and jungle the rest of our children to get these procedures done. Not to mention he had to go to an oral surgeon which cost A LOT of money! I was recommended Dental Depot on one of my Facebook Mom (mothers to kids with sensory processing groups) so we gave it a try. THEY ARE SERIOUSLY AMAZING. From the office staff, to the dental hygienist to the dentist. We went the first time for a routine cleaning. I was so nervous because they have a train that runs through the entire office and my 3 and 8 year old were running around chasing the train and having a blast. I was stressed because I couldn’t control them and asked the receptionist if this was”normal.” She said, “yes all the kids do this, and we’re so used to it, they are fine!” My stress level went from an 9 to a 1. THEY UNDERSTAND KIDS!!! SO my son needed 3 cavities filled and my daughters needed 2 and I did NOT want to go through sedation with my son and hearing him scream during his procedure . When I write a review I am very honest a out my experience. So here we go. I can’t say anything bad about Dental Depot. They are quick, friendly, and really make you feel comfortable. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but my last experience changed my mind. I went in for 2 routine filling, and left with a beautiful new bridge. I have been very self conscious about my smile for 15 years. Now I can smile again. You guys have no idea how happy you’ve made me. By the way, my dentist is by far the best dentist (Dr. Parks) I have EVER had!!! Thank you times a million!!!

I broke off a tooth at 10am on Friday and Dental Depot got me in at 11:15. Were able to start a root canal and get me taken care of!! I highly recommend them and Dr. Keaster!

The staff are friendly and the location is easy to find. If you need work done they will work with you and tell you your options.
