Thought I had broken a tooth but I actually broke a porcelain crown. Initial cap was still in excellent shape so he smoothed out the rough edge on the crown and sent me away. I was very appreciative of his honesty and candidness. Been going there for years and don’t plan on changing. Very happy!

They explain what treatment they recommend in very plain language, and tell you your options. Then they tell you what the cost of each option will be. I appreciate that.
Also, they’re open on Saturday. Hugely convenient. Two thumbs up.

Rachel the dental hygienist was PHENOMENAL. She answered literally every single question (even the silly ones). I left feeling more confident and less scared about how my tooth had been feeling. From the sweet woman that answered the phone when I set an appointment, to the kind lady that greeted me at the front desk, and the hygienists that I was chatting with on the way back to the exam room,....

Very good appointment. My little 6 year old was terrified & the staff did an exceptional job!! Dr Tsai & his assistant was very Good! Patient, kind made this a positive experience!! Was a long drive for me but worth it!!!
