Dear Dental Depot Patients:
We have adapted to ensure your health, safety, and security. We’ve set in place the following precautionary measures to ensure we ALL (patients & team members) remain protected.
Patient Appointment Cycle
We are asking our patients to arrive 5 minutes early to start our appointment process.
We are asking for all patients to bring their own face covering or mask to wear while in our office.
Patients will enter the building through the front door where they will be greeted by our Scheduling Engineer to have their temperature checked (must be lower than 100.4).
Patients will kindly be asked to answer the questions on the COVID-19 questionnaire (If you are a patient with our locations at Highland Village, The Colony or Little Elm you can complete the form ahead of time through our online patient portal).
The Scheduling Engineer then communicates to our clinical team that their designated patient is ready to be seated. The patient will be escorted into the lobby to a designated seating area (with chairs separated by 6 ft) until they are escorted to their room by the clinical team member.
Blood pressure can be taken, and the appointment can begin. Once treatment has been diagnosed by the doctor and explained to the patient, the Treatment Coordinator will present insurance and financial presentation (for the Highland Village, Little Elm and The Colony any payment transactions will be managed before the appointment begins).
When our patient’s appointments have concluded, scheduling for the next visit will be completed in the operatory by our team so there will no longer be any waiting in lines. The patient is then escorted to the nearest exit to the operatory.
We have always followed the standard CDC and ADA sterilization guidelines, and are sanitizing with disinfectant even more regularly than those guidelines, at every hour.
Our entire team will be equipped with masks and gloves for safety.
Patients at Highland Village, Little Elm and The Colony: We PLEASE ASK that you register in our patient portal if you haven’t done so already. Please click this link to register. YOUR USERNAME WILL BE THE REGISTERED EMAIL WE HAVE ON FILE. The portal will give you access to update your patient forms, update insurance, fill out Covid- 19 forms and complete any important forms that will be required before your next visit.
